Everything you need to know before starting your trial.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?+
Yes. We ask for a card so we can start your 14-day trial and seamlessly continue billing if you love it. You won't be charged during the trial and we send a reminder before it ends.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
On day 14, your card is charged for the plan you picked and billing continues monthly (or annually if you chose annual). Cancel any time from Settings → Billing and you're never charged again.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — self-serve in Settings → Billing. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
How do my recruits get access?+
You share a branded /a/{your-agency}/join invite link (or /apply link). Recruits create an account, upload proof for each licensing gate, and progress through your pipeline automatically.
Is my agency's data private?+
Yes. Every agency has an isolated workspace protected by row-level security in the database. Only your users can see your recruits, documents, and pipeline data.
What is a proof gate?+
A proof gate is a stage in your pipeline where an agent can't advance until they upload evidence — a course completion certificate, exam pass, license copy, or carrier appointment — and someone on your team approves it.
